Wishin', and Hopin', and Dreamin'

So, I usually try to keep my posts Tolman Baby Toddler oriented, but I'm just too excited to not jot this down.  Plus, it will be fun to look back on someday and see just how close today's dreams end up being to tomorrow's reality.

As you may or may not know, we own some property outside of town that we hope to build on *someday*. Adam has spent his free time over the past couple of years drawing and re-drawing plans of our dream home. I think he's on plan #34. Anyway, as *someday* gets nearer and nearer, we find ourselves continually looking for inspiration to A) stick to our budget so *someday* will come sooner, and B) get awesome ideas to make our dream home even dreamier.

So, last weekend Ad and I toured a few of the Boise Parade of Homes houses. We left the Toots with Oma and Papa and spent the day together. It was fun. We only visited about 1/4 of the houses, but found several new ideas along the way. We took mental notes about things that were great, and the things we wanted to avoid, and oohed and aahed at the elements of the homes that would never quite fit our budget.

Then we stumbled upon the "Julie Rae" by Zach Evans Construction.  It was the one.  The layout was great, we loved the curb appeal, we could picture it on our property, and the interiors matched our preferences to a "T." We were/are smitten! I thought I'd share a few photos of the beauty.  Maybe *someday* something like it will be ours!
